Challenge
When Calvert first launched its public Web site, it had only one audience — the public at-large. Over time, Calvert found the need to differentiate content among multiple audiences (shareholders, brokers and institutional investors), efficiently repurposing content for each of them, while continuing to deliver superior support to Calvert investors and financial professionals. Calvert needed a solution that allowed them to repurpose content for their partners’ Web sites, as well.
