Transfers, Cancellations and Substitutions

RedDot Training Centers

Customers canceling a registration, changing course dates, or switching courses, held at a RedDot Education Center must do so at least 10 business days in advance in order to avoid paying a 50% cancellation fee.

If cancellation notice is received less than 5 business days prior to the course date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the training fee.

Customers substituting a registered delegate from the same organization may do so up to the commencement of the course without penalty.

Cancellation, transfer or substitution notice must be given in writing to the RedDot Education Center by e-mail to education@reddot.com.

On-site Training

For on-site training there is no penalty if a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to the on site training date.

If a cancellation notice is received by the RedDot Education Center less than 30 days but more than 15 days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the training fee.

If a cancellation notice is received by the RedDot Education Center less than 15 days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 100% of the training fee.
